Je fais 96 kg en ce moment , et j’encaisse du lourd ,j’en ai mangé 7 ma copine 3 ,j’étais un peu smooth mais sans plus , je pense que pour être bien il en faut au moins 15 ou 20 graines par personnes , j’aurais même aimé avoir des nausée si j’avais eu de l’effet. C’est pour ça que je mets moyen et 2 étoiles. En ce qui me concerne il me faut des plus grosses doses .
