Great customer service!
At first I had some trouble with germination, so the customer service contacted me and helped me figure out what went wrong. It turned out that I shouldn’t have put the seeds outside for germination and that I’ve let the seeds dry out. So even though it was probably my fault the first batch didn’t germinate, zamnesia sent me some seeds for replacement, which germinated easily as I followed their instructions. Great customer service, great products!
